Jim Higgins is a Partner of TrustServe and the firm’s head of operations and business development in the Northeast region. Prior to TrustServe, Jim served as Vice President of SS&C ALPS and was a leader of the Fund Services business. As head of the Boston region, Jim was responsible for the oversight of a large team and the development and implementation of operational processes, procedures, and controls. Jim has worked in the alternative investment industry since 2005 and has a multitude of experiences that range from operations and business development for Hedge Fund, Family Office, and Venture Capital clients, as well as Client Onboarding and Investor Services operations.
Jim earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tufts University, where he was a letter-winning member of the Varsity Football team.
