Origins

TrustServe’s roots date to the early 1990s when Jorge de Cardenas co-founded Kaufman Rossin Fund Services. Soon after, Aaron Bernstein and Scott Merriam joined the team, and together they established the organization as a leading fund administrator. In 2016 they were acquired by a NYSE listed company.

The Problem

The customer service provided by today’s administrators is in decline. Today’s administrators prioritize acquisitions and quarterly earnings at the expense of their clients. This customer service problem is compounded by their reliance on outdated unscalable, legacy technology.
